wedding website

having a wedding website was at the absolute bottom of my "to do list" but when i realized that people would need to access information about hotels and accommodations (especially those flying in) i put something together very quickly.

save the dates

our save the dates went out in the mail today and we exhaled a collective sigh of relief because these next 6 months are going to flyyyyyyy. 

i had been told a little bit of etiquette early on in the planning process - everything that is sent in the mail (aside from the thank you notes) is essentially from the parents of the bride. so when i say "we" chose this set as our stationary for the wedding, it really was a collective "we."

and because i like to agonize over the smallest decisions, i went with two different stamps that were symbolic of my parents: my momma's home state and a little tree that is planted in the city where my parents met and fell in love.

we are so excited/thrilled/and touched that these nuggets are no longer in a box, but are on their way to homes from california to london.
